2018-2019 Supply List
All rising 7th Graders are required to have TDAP and MCV4 before entering school for the 2018-2019 school year. Parents are encouraged to contact or visit your local health department or private healthcare provider to see if your child needs to have these vaccines. Students should bring updated 7th grade immunizations records (Form 3231) to School Nurse in Student Services. Forms are required before school starts 2018-2019. Click here to access the form.

Parents are encouraged to complete the
Georgia Parent Survey for the 2017-2018 school year. The data will be used as part of the calculation of the School Climate Star Rating. Parents may complete the survey using their personal computer, smartphone,or tablet. Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis. The Georgia Parent Survey is also available in Spanish, and parents may select the Spanish version within the survey. The survey is available online now through March 2, 2018, and can be accessed by clicking the link below.

Your input is vital in the planning and implementation of the Gainesville City Schools’ parent and family engagement program and activities in our school. The focus of all Title I programs is to help students meet high academic achievement standards expected of all children.
